some emergent markets

Many of the markets are visible from a distance, not because of the bustling market-goers or the vibrant market stalls, but from large white trucks that form a fortress wall around the market. This particular one is at Place Monge in the 5th arrondissement.

Once we pass the trucks, we see the abundance of the market. It wasn’t as active as we expected, but perhaps it’s because we weren’t there during the peak time or day.

Trees add a pleasant layer dappled light while the shade fabric from the market stalls are organized in a linear fashion throughout the market site.
